Shipping Information

All packages are shipped via Chunghwa Post (Taiwan's national postal service) and delivered through the local postal systems of the destination countries.

Depending on logistical circumstances, we may utilize alternative international courier services, such as DHL or UPS, to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  1. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  2. Delivery time varies by destination, typically around 7-14 business days. The actual arrival date depends on the efficiency of your local logistics service.

How to Track Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can easily track your order through the following methods:

  1. Shipping Confirmation Email: Click the "View your order" button or tracking link directly within the email to check your real-time order status.

  2. Customer Account: Log into your account on our website to view your complete order history and tracking details.

  3. PayPal: If you paid via PayPal, the tracking number will also be automatically updated in your transaction details.

 

Important: For the most up-to-date and accurate delivery status, please enter your tracking number directly on the official website of the actual carrier handling your package.

 

How to Receive Your Package

If no one is available at the delivery address, the package may be held at a nearby logistics facility for pickup or rescheduled for delivery.

When collecting the parcel, please strictly follow the ID verification requirements (e.g., passport or National ID) of your local postal or courier service.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected within the designated holding period set by the local logistics provider, it will be automatically returned to us.

We will investigate the reason for the return:

  • Carrier/Sender Error: If the return is due to a mistake on our part or by the postal service, we will contact you and arrange a free reshipment.

  • Incorrect Address: If the return was caused by an incorrect address or recipient information provided by the customer, and you would like the item reshipped, we will issue a PayPal invoice for the second shipping fee.

  • Order Cancellation: If you prefer to cancel the order after a return, we will refund the product cost only (original shipping charges are non-refundable).

Important Policy Update

If a package is returned because the recipient refused to pay customs duties or refused to cooperate with customs clearance, we will classify this as a return due to "personal reasons" (same as above). In this case, if you request a refund:

  1. The original shipping fee will NOT be refunded.

  2. Any additional return shipping costs or taxes incurred during the return process will be deducted from your refund amount.

Historically, the vast majority of our international shipments have been delivered smoothly without any complications.

However, as customs regulations and duty-free exemptions vary significantly across different countries, international packages may still be subject to routine inspections by local authorities upon arrival.

If your package is assessed by local customs during the clearance process and requires the payment of import duties, taxes, or related processing fees, these charges shall be borne entirely by the recipient.

To ensure a seamless delivery process, Taiwan Baseball meticulously prepares all necessary shipping documentation and fully insures every parcel.

This not only complies with international shipping standards but also provides comprehensive protection for your purchase.
