Payment & Shipping

Payment Method

We accept PayPal payments. Customers can use credit cards, debit cards, eChecks, or PayPal balance to complete payment via PayPal. We will proceed with shipping once the payment is confirmed.
 

If you don’t have a PayPal account yet, you can sign up directly during the checkout process.
 

Shipping Information

All items are shipped via Chunghwa Post (Taiwan's national postal service). For U.S. orders, Taiwan Baseball will arrange the most appropriate international courier service (such as UPS) to ensure safe and timely delivery.
 

1. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
 

2. Delivery time varies by destination, typically around 7–14 business days. The actual arrival date depends on the efficiency of your local logistics service.
 

How to Track Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will update your tracking number via system email and PayPal transaction details.
 

You can find your tracking number through:

1. The system notification email.
 

2. Clicking the “Track My Order” button at the top right of our website (enter your order number and email address).
 

3. Logging into your account to view your order list.
 

Important: Once you have the tracking number, please use the number provided by the actual carrier handling your order to check the delivery status directly on their official website.
 

How to Receive Your Package

If no one is available at the delivery address, the package may be held at a nearby logistics facility for pickup or rescheduled for delivery.
 

When collecting the parcel, please strictly follow the ID verification requirements (e.g., passport or National ID) of your local postal or courier service.
 

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected within the designated holding period set by the local logistics provider, it will be automatically returned to us.
 

We will investigate the reason for the return:

Carrier/Sender Error: If the return is due to a mistake on our part or by the postal service, we will contact you and arrange a free reshipment.


Incorrect Address: If the return was caused by incorrect address or recipient information provided by the customer, and you would like the item reshipped, we will issue a PayPal invoice for the second shipping fee.


Order Cancellation: If you prefer to cancel the order after a return, we will refund the product cost only (original shipping charges are non-refundable).

IMPORTANT POLICY UPDATE: If a package is returned because the recipient refused to pay customs duties or refused to cooperate with customs clearance, we will classify this as a return due to "personal reasons" (same as above).

In this case, if you request a refund:

1. The original shipping fee will NOT be refunded.

2. Any additional return shipping costs or taxes incurred during the return process will be deducted from your refund amount.


Customs / Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS (Effective August 29, 2025): Due to recent changes in U.S. trade policy, the $800 de minimis duty-free exemption has been suspended.

Starting immediately, ALL shipments entering the U.S. (regardless of package value) generally require formal customs entry and are subject to import duties and processing fees.

Please Note:

1. These charges are government-mandated and are NOT collected by Taiwan Baseball.

2. The buyer is responsible for these fees in full.

3. Taiwan Baseball cannot refund shipping costs for packages returned due to unpaid customs fees.
 

If duties apply, they are collected by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. While most packages are delivered smoothly, we cannot guarantee that all shipments will be duty-free.
 

Taiwan Baseball always declares the value of goods accurately and insures each parcel to protect your purchase.


Please note that any duties or taxes are separate from the product price and shipping fee paid at checkout. For the most up-to-date information, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.


Return & Replacement Policy

All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure they are in excellent condition.
 

Return of Non-Defective Products
If you wish to return a product for personal reasons, please contact us within 30 days of delivery (based on tracking records).
 

1. Returned items must be in brand-new, unused, and resellable condition with all original packaging and accessories included.
 

2. Items must be returned using a traceable shipping method.


Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the product cost to your PayPal account. Shipping fees (including the original shipping fee and your return postage) are non-refundable.
 

1. Note: If a return is requested due to refusal of customs duties, this policy applies, and shipping fees will not be refunded.
 

2. Custom gloves are NOT eligible for return.
 

Defective Products
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide photos for assessment. We will review the issue with the brand supplier.
 

If the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturer’s issue, we will offer a full refund (including shipping) or arrange a replacement item at no additional cost.
