Payment Method
We accept PayPal payments. Customers can use credit cards, debit cards, eChecks, or PayPal balance to complete payment via PayPal. We will proceed with shipping once the payment is confirmed.
If you don’t have a PayPal account yet, you can sign up during checkout.
Shipping Information
All items are shipped via Chunghwa Post (Taiwan's national postal service). We will do our best to ship your order on the same day it is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery time varies by destination, typically around 7–14 business days. Actual arrival date depends on your local postal service.
For U.S. orders, shipments are handled by international couriers (DHL / FedEx / SF Express) due to the suspension of Chunghwa Post parcel service.
How to Track Your Order
Once shipped, we will update your tracking number via system email and PayPal transaction details.
You can track your order using the “Track My Order” button on the top right corner of our website by entering your order number and email address, or by logging into your account and viewing your order list.
Alternatively, you may use your local postal website to track the package. Please make sure to use the tracking number provided by the actual shipping carrier handling your order.
How to Receive Your Package
If no one is available at the delivery address, the package may be forwarded to a nearby post office for pickup.
Please follow your local postal service’s ID requirements (e.g., passport, national ID) when collecting the parcel.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected within the designated holding period set by your local post office, it will be returned to us automatically.
We will first investigate the reason for the return. If it was due to a mistake on our part or by the postal service, we will contact you and arrange a reshipment.
If the return was caused by incorrect address or recipient information provided by the customer, and you would like the item reshipped, we will issue a PayPal invoice for the second shipping fee.
If you prefer to cancel the order, we will refund the product cost (excluding original shipping charges).
Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate to avoid unnecessary delays or costs.
Customs / Import Duties
Before placing an order, please review your country’s customs policies regarding duties, taxes, and any potential import fees.
Taiwan Baseball declares the actual value of all shipments and insures each parcel to protect your purchase.
All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees as determined by the customs authority of the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.
While most packages are delivered smoothly, Taiwan Baseball cannot guarantee tax-free delivery and is not responsible for any delays, inspections, or additional charges caused by customs procedures.
We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office for the most up-to-date information before placing an order to ensure smooth delivery.
Please note that duties and taxes are separate from the product and shipping charges paid at checkout.
Important Update for U.S. Customers (Effective August 29, 2025)
Due to changes in U.S. customs regulations, all shipments to the United States are now subject to import duties and taxes regardless of value.
For baseball gloves and leather goods shipped from Taiwan, the estimated duty rate is approximately 20–25% of the order value.
This charge is not included in your checkout payment. It will be collected separately by U.S. Customs or the courier (ex. DHL / FedEx / SF Express) before the package can be released.
Taiwan Baseball does not undervalue shipments or declare items as gifts. All orders are declared at their full purchase price to ensure proper insurance coverage.
Note on shipping method: Due to the suspension of Chunghwa Post parcel service to the U.S., all American orders are currently shipped via international couriers (ex. DHL / FedEx / SF Express).
We strongly recommend U.S. customers to factor these duties and taxes into their total purchase cost before placing an order.
Return & Replacement Policy
All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure they are in excellent condition.
Return of Non-Defective Products
If you wish to return a product for personal reasons, please contact us within 30 days of delivery (based on tracking records).
Returned items must be in brand-new, unused, and resellable condition with all original packaging and accessories included. Items must be returned using a traceable shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the product cost to your PayPal account. Shipping fees (including return postage) are non-refundable in this case.
*Custom glove is not eligible for return.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide photos for assessment (based on tracking records). We will review the issue with the brand supplier.
If the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturer’s issue, we will offer a full refund including shipping, or arrange a replacement item at no additional cost.
