Payment & Shipping

Payment Method

We accept PayPal payment from PayPal registered member only, customer can use a credit card, debit card, eCheck, and account balance for sending payment through PayPal. We will ship the product after the payment has been cleared.

Shipping Information

We deliver products by nation-operated Chunghwa Postal Company. Most products shipped on the order day (excludes holidays).
 

How to Track Order

We will update tracking information of each order, add tracking number through our system mail notification and PayPal transaction page.

Please use "Track My Order" of top right on our website, just need to enter the order number and email address, or log in to check order list then follow system information. 


Also, you can track your local nation-operated postal website too. For example, US customers, please track the package on the USPS website, French customers, please track on Chronopost website...etc.

 

How to Pick Up Package

If you are not available once the postal company sends the package to your address, you still can pick up the package from the nearest post station.
 

For Un-Claimed Package 

As standard progress, if the customer does not claim/pick up the package, the postal office will return the package to us after 2 months of arrival.

For the un-claimed package, we will check the reason why packaged to be returned, if it caused by mistake from the postal company or us, we will contact you and arrange re-ship immediately.
 
If the returned package caused by the customer like provide the wrong address or receiver, and re-ship is necessary, we will send you PayPal invoice for second shipping. If you like to cancel the order, we will refund the payment of the product (excludes shipping charge).

 

Customs Tax/Duties/Import Fees

Please check rules about local customs tax, duties, import fees...before purchase, Taiwan Baseball can not guarantee our packages will be tax-free, and we will not take responsibility for delay/tax caused by customer`s local customs. 
 

Return and Replace Policy

In our standard progress, we will check every product before shipping to make sure products in great quality.
 

Non-Defective Product

If customers like to return non-defective products due to any reason, please contact us within 30 days after package arrived (verified by tracking information), keep the product in new, saleable condition with all accessories included, and return by traceable shipping.
 
We will refund the payment to the customer`s PayPal account after receive returned-package. For non-defective product cases, we will not refund the shipping charge (returning).

 

Defective Product

In a rare case the customer receives the defective product, please contact and provide pictures to us within 30 days after package arrived (verified by tracking information). We will check with the brand supplier.
 
If defective caused by the manufacturer, we will refund full payment includes shipping charges to the customer or ship replacement to customers if needed.
