Shipping Update for U.S. Customers (Other Regions Unaffected)
Dear Customers,
Thank you for your continued support of Taiwan Baseball. Please note that only shipments to the United States are affected by recent logistics and customs policy changes.
Shipments to all other regions (such as Europe, New Zealand, Australia, etc.) remain unaffected and continue to be delivered via Chunghwa Post.
Below are the latest updates for U.S. orders:
1. Suspension of Chunghwa Post Shipments to the U.S.
As of late August 2025, Chunghwa Post has suspended all parcel shipments to the United States. We are actively working with alternative logistics providers to ensure delivery to our U.S. customers.
2. New U.S. Customs Duty Regulations
The U.S. government has announced the removal of the de minimis exemption (USD 800).
This means that all imported goods, regardless of value, are now subject to customs duties and additional fees. Based on current information, duties may be around 20%, but the exact charges will depend on U.S. Customs assessments.
3. Our Response
(1) Partnering with multiple logistics providers to resume U.S. shipments as soon as possible.
(2) Closely monitoring policy updates and providing timely announcements
(3) Notifying U.S. customers regarding potential customs duties and logistics conditions after shipment.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to our U.S. customers.
Please rest assured that we are doing our utmost to ensure your orders are delivered safely and promptly.
