Due to new U.S. customs regulations, the joint postal service previously used between Chunghwa Post and USPS has been suspended. As a result, all orders shipped to the United States will be handled as follows:
 

1. Urban Areas

Orders will be shipped via UPS Direct, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 days.

Duties and related fees will be assessed by U.S. Customs according to current regulations and must be paid by the recipient.
Any additional UPS shipping costs for this service will be covered by Taiwan Baseball, and no extra charges will be collected from customers.
 

2. Suburban and Remote Areas

Since UPS direct shipping to suburban regions typically exceeds USD 100, we use a consolidated forwarding route—Taiwan → China → United States—to reduce customer costs, and we do not charge any additional shipping difference.
 

Shipping process:
(1) Taiwan to China: A master tracking number for the consolidated shipment will be provided.

(2) China to the U.S.: This segment is handled as a consolidated shipment and does not include individual tracking numbers.

(3) Entry into the United States: The package will be transferred to UPS or FedEx for final delivery, and a dedicated U.S. domestic tracking number will be issued.

(4) Estimated delivery time is approximately 20 days. Actual transit time may vary depending on customs and logistics conditions.
